Pacificon℠ has again negotiated with the Marriott Hotel for free parking for all conference attendees.

Please disregard the parking charge information on the SanRamonMarriott.com website.

If you're staying overnight in the hotel and did not reserve the room using the Pacificon rate, there may be a daily charge.

Parking is limited at the San Ramon Marriott. Unfortunately, the hotel parking lot simply cannot accommodate all the vehicles that come to Pacificon℠. We’re doing our best to mitigate the inconvenience, but we must ask for your patience and understanding.  Below is some information on where to park besides the hotel parking lot.

Please also note the information on where parking is NOT allowed, as towing vehicles in those restricted areas will be enforced by the site owners during PACIFICON℠.


Available Parking Areas: 

Hotel Parking Lot:

The hotel parking lot is available to all Pacificon℠ attendees, but will fill quickly.

If the gate is closed as you enter the parking lot, stop and press the button to receive a parking ticket, then park as normal. If you are staying overnight in the hotel using Pacificon℠ rates the hotel registration desk will remove any parking fees from your bill when you check out. If you are staying for the day only, bring your parking ticket to the hotel lobby desk for validation.

Route to the Bishop Ranch 3 Surface Overflow Parking Lot 

Overflow Parking:

The Marriott has arranged to provide additional overflow parking on the ground level in front of a parking garage a relatively short distance from the hotel. See the map above. It’s called the Bishop Ranch 3 surface parking lot at 2633 Camino Ramon and is available to us during Pacificon℠. Parking is not available to us on Friday until 6:00 PM. The parking is approximately 1/2 mile from the hotel, an easy walk for able people. We realize that this is not as convenient as being adjacent to the hotel, but it’s the closest additional overflow parking available to us.

Please note: Pacificon℠ vehicles MUST be out of the Bishop Ranch 3 parking lot by Sunday evening so the space is available to the Bishop Ranch businesses Monday morning.

Shuttle:

The Pacificon℠ Shuttle will run Saturday only from 10AM - 10PM. Look for the white Ford Explorer with magnetic "Shuttle" signs on the sides or call (925) 288-1730 for a ride to/from the overflow parking.

No Parking:

Parking for Pacificon℠ attendees is allowed only in the Marriott and Bishop Ranch 3 surface lot locations.

In particular, parking is not permitted on Bishop Drive or the Shops At Bishop Ranch shopping center next to the hotel, with the Target store. Vehicles parked at these locations will be subject to citation and/or towing at owner's expense. 

Handicapped Parking:

If you have a valid handicapped placard or license plate,  you may use one of the handicapped spaces in the hotel parking lot.

Recreational Vehicles (RVs) & Camping:

RV parking is not available in the Marriott parking lot. For information on camping & RVs, see our Camping and RVs page.
