PACIFICON℠ 2024
Welcome to PACIFICON℠!
PACIFICON℠ is the premier amateur radio event in the Western United States.
This is a forum-driven event with a variety of topics of interest to
just about every ham!
The deadline for on-line registration was midnight Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024 Pacific time.
Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by Tuesday, Sept. 24. 2024.
After these dates, registration was at the door only.
Please Note: We ask that you register for your hotel room using only the Pacificon rate. Please do not use Marriott Bonvoy points or other methods of making reservations. If the Pacificon rate is not used, you will not get free parking or any other hotel amenities we've negotiated. In addition, your room will not count toward the contractually guaranteed minimum number of room-nights we have negotiated with the hotel. Failure to meet that minimum will impact our financial ability to host Pacificon in the future.

Location:
Registration and Will-Call will be located in the Mt. Diablo Room which is to the left as you enter the hotel front entrance lobby area from outside. The Registration Desk can assist attendees who are walk-in’s, have questions about the event or business related to their registration.

SUNDAY - October 20: 7:30am - 11:00am

FAQ:
If ordering more than one ticket "View Tickets" will display virtual tickets incorrectly during website ordering and from "View Tickets" buttons in confirmation emails. The "landing page" URLs look like https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/... All tickets incorrectly display the primary attendee name for all attendees. ConstantContact.com acknowledged the problem but has provided no time yet when it will be fixed. You typed the correct names for each badge during registration. Pacificon Registration has the correct names and will print and have badges with the correct names waiting at the Will-Call Desk Fri, October 18.
NOTICE: Photographers and/or videographers may be on site to document the Pacificon℠ Conference events and activities. Photos and videos are the sole property of the Mt. Diablo Amateur Radio Club. By registering for and/or attending Pacificon℠ events, attendees understand that Pacificon/MDARC may use their likenesses for future promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer and/or videographer on site.
