Welcome to PACIFICON℠!
PACIFICON℠ is the premier amateur radio event in the Western United States.
This is a forum-driven event with a variety of topics of interest to just about every ham!
The deadline for on-line registration is midnight Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023 Pacific time.
Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by Tuesday, Sept. 26. 2023.
After these dates, registration is at the door only.
Please Note: We ask that you register for your hotel room using only the Pacificon rate. Please do not use Marriott Bonvoy points or other methods of making reservations. If the Pacificon rate is not used, you will not get free parking or any other hotel amenities we've negotiated. In addition, your room will not count toward the contractually guaranteed minimum number of room-nights we have negotiated with the hotel. Failure to meet that minimum will impact our financial ability to host Pacificon in the future.
We're all aware that inflation has increased over the past year. Unfortunately, for the first time in about a decade, we have been forced to raise our registration rates modestly.

College Student (w/ Valid Student ID, Max age 25) $5.00
Youth (Age 17 & under) Free
Scouts, Scout leaders and

Location:
Registration will be located in the Mt. Diablo Room which is to the left as you enter the hotel front entrance lobby area from outside. The Registration Desk can assist attendees who are walk-in’s, have questions about the event or business related to their registration.
Will-Call for those attendees that pre-registered will also be located in the hotel front lobby, next to the Mt. Diablo Room door.

FRIDAY - October 20: 7:00am - 5:00pm
SATURDAY - October 21: 6:00am - 4:00pm
SUNDAY - October 22: 7:30am - 11:00am

NOTICE: Photographers and/or videographers may be on site to document the Pacificon℠ Conference events and activities. Photos and videos are the sole property of the Mt. Diablo Amateur Radio Club. By registering for and/or attending Pacificon℠ events, attendees understand that Pacificon/MDARC may use their likenesses for future promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer and/or videographer on site.
