Please Note: We ask that you register for your hotel room using only the Pacificon rate. Please do not use Marriott Bonvoy points or other methods of making reservations. If the Pacificon rate is not used, you will not get free parking or any other hotel amenities we've negotiated. In addition, your room will not count toward the contractually guaranteed minimum number of room-nights we have negotiated with the hotel. Failure to meet that minimum will impact our financial ability to host Pacificon in the future.
If you are experiencing difficulties registering for a hotel room, please call the hotel at the above number. If you are unable to resolve the issue directly with the hotel, you may contact our Hotel Liaison at hotel@pacificon.org to report issues (but call the hotel first).
Pacificon makes no recommendation for any other hotels. The following may have rooms available at reasonable rates:

FAQ
Q: Why am I being told that rooms are not available when making reservations? A: You are including nights that are not part of the block, like Sunday night, or you are including Wednesday and all of our Wednesday nights are already booked (see below). If you want to stay on Sunday, you will have to make a separate reservation for that night. Or, all of the rooms in our block have been reserved (notify the hotel liaison).
Q: Why am I not getting the Pacificon rate? It's very expensive. A: You need to use the link provided on the pacificon.org hotel page, do not go directly to Marriott Bonvoy to make reservations. Or, you are trying to make reservations after the cut-off date.
Q: If I want to reserve Wednesday night but I'm being told there are no rooms available, what can I do? A: Contact hotel@pacificon.org He can work with the hotel to arrange another Wednesday night to be included in the Pacificon block.
Q: Can I use my points? A: Yes, but you will not get the rate, you will have to pay for parking, and MDARC/Pacificon will not get credit for the room as part of their block.
