The Legal Seminar takes place
Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 noon
Bart Lee, KV6LEE, an ARRL Volunteer Counsel and San Francisco Section Government Liaison, will present a special Legal Seminar on Friday, October 17, at 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. The Legal Seminar is designed for both amateur radio operators facing zoning and other restrictions, and practicing attorneys who serve as ARRL Volunteer Counsel (VC). Members of the general public may also attend. It is titled "Communications Law and Regulatory Update for the Radio Amateur and Interested Lawyers."  See Agenda and Topics below.

The cost will be $50 for attorneys wishing MCLE credit (State Bar MCLE approval has been granted for this seminar ). For others there may be a nominal charge to cover the cost of course materials. Three units of Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit are given to attorneys who wish such credit (including legal ethics and law practice management). 

Bart Lee is a seasoned and senior litigator in federal and state courts, and administrative agencies.  He has several appellate and other published opinions to his credit, and has taught and written about law for many years.
